This Privacy Policy explains how DataSonar collects, uses, and protects personal data.
What we collect
Account information: email address, name, hashed password. Usage data: request metadata, endpoint, timestamps, response status, latency. We do not store the content of the pages you scrape beyond the time needed to return them to you.
How we use it
To operate the service, enforce quotas and rate limits, send billing notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.
Third parties
Payment processing: Stripe. Error reporting: a self-hosted error tracking service. Email delivery: standard transactional providers. Each receives only the minimum data required for its function.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained per your plan tier — 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Pro, 1 year on Business, custom for Enterprise. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email privacy@datasonar.dev. We respond within 30 days.
