Pricing questions

Do unused requests roll over?
No. Each plan's request quota resets at the start of every calendar month. Overage is not charged automatically — your account simply returns a 429 once you hit the cap, so you stay in control.
Are failed requests counted against my quota?
No. Only successful responses count. Errors, timeouts, and rate limits do not deduct from your monthly request budget.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the cost is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you do not lose paid capacity.
What happens when I exceed my plan's request limit?
The API returns HTTP 429 with a clear message. You can either upgrade in one click from the dashboard or wait until the new month. We never charge automatic overage fees without explicit consent.
Is there an annual billing discount?
Yes. Annual billing on Pro and Business saves 20 percent compared to monthly. Contact sales for annual Business or Enterprise terms.
Do you have a free trial of the paid plans?
The free tier already includes every endpoint and 1,000 monthly requests, so you can evaluate the full product before paying. For paid-tier-only features at higher volume, contact sales for a custom trial.
Is there an enterprise tier with custom limits?
Yes. Enterprise covers higher request volumes, dedicated infrastructure, custom SLA, private network egress, single-tenant deployments, and SOC2 documentation. Pricing is custom — talk to sales.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe, plus invoiced ACH and wire transfer for Business and Enterprise plans.
Is there a startup discount?
Yes. Companies under two years old or with under $5M raised can apply for a 50 percent discount on Pro for 12 months. Apply through the sales contact form.
Do you charge per actor or per endpoint?
No. Every endpoint counts the same — one successful response equals one request. Actors, intelligence calls, extraction calls, and crawls are all priced uniformly.
